EDITORIAL……….

“STEPS towards R&D “consists the efforts of B-Tech final year scholars of department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in the field of Antenna technology. This one is the first step towards research and development in Antenna technology to create interest among students. We get overwhelmed response from the students. They submitted around 100 review papers based on theoretical and simulation study through PCAAD (personal computer antenna aided design) virtual tool.

The main motive behind “STEPS… towards R&D” is to create research environment among students and eliminating the fear of technical research publication. We hope the students will be benefitted by this activity in future. The coming students will take this magazine as a reference and it will be a guideline and motivation to further enhance quality of research work.

All students have done very good work and some selected best papers are included in the main part of magazine and First three papers of this magazine are awarded as best papers.

We are also thankful to Mr. Jai Singh Bhandari for such an attractive and creative design of this magazine.

We wish all the best to the students for their bright future.
