 “STEPS towards R&D” is ready to entertain and enlighten the readers. Meticulous efforts have been made to give the platform for research and development activity in the field of Antenna Technology. Very warm response has been received by the students and their supervisor and I appreciate them for their review papers and initiation in the R&D activities.
